Shipping Policy
ZAPRAG Canada endeavours to ship all packages out within 2 business days of purchase. Occasionally, shortages of products may make it difficult to meet this goal. If this happens, you will be notified immediately via email and advised of stock shortages. If a customers order is placed on backorder, you will be notified via email and informed of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship. Your credit card will not be billed until the item is ready to ship. All backorders are shipped in the order in which they are received.
Credit Card Orders: ZAPRAG Canada will only ship to the billing address on the customer’s credit card there are absolutely no exceptions to this policy.
ZAPRAG Canada ships via Canada-Post within the Canada and USPS in the United States. International orders are shipped via Canada Post Air Mail. If you have special shipment request, please contact us at info@zaprag.com in order to get shipping availability to your country as well as costs and delivery times.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at check out, based on the customers country and location. ZAPRAG endeavors to keep shipping and handling costs to our customers as low as possible based on the rates supplied to us by our carriers.
We limit credit card purchases to $250 CDN per customer per transaction, and reserve the right to limit quantities on all orders. If you wish to order larger quantities of any of our products, please email us at info@zaprag.com to discuss your special order and arrange payment.
EnRoute
ZAPRAG Canada is not responsible for en-route delays after orders have been shipped from us.
Wrong Address
Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. ZAPRAG Canada is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Unclaimed or Refused Pickup
Should a parcel be returned to ZAPRAG Canada due to being unclaimed, ZAPRAG Canada will re-send the shipment to the correct address at the customer's expense. ZAPRAG Canada will contact the customer prior to re-sending the shipment to confirm the address and will not send the order until the shipping charges are fully paid. If the customer refuses the re-shipment, 20% restock fee and all the shipping costs related to this matter will be charged to the customer.
Pick up Orders
ZAPRAG Canada does not offer any Pick-up on any of our products. All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless other arrangements have been made.
Credit Card Fraud
We screen all received orders for fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity. Once the fraud has been identified, we will immediately file a police report with Vancouver Police Department, RCMP, RECOL, NW4C and IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center)
Return Policy
ZAPRAG Canada accepts returns on products that are found to have manufacturer’s defects on receipt to the customer. ZAPRAG Canada will replace any manufacturer defective product upon return of the defective product to us, no additional shipping cost will be charged to the customer on the replacement product. We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged in shipment. Please file a claim with the carrier if your product has been damaged in shipping.
